- •½ clove garlic
- •2 cups cherry tomatoes
- •1 small shallot
- •1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- •1 tablespoon unseasoned rice vinegar
- •1 to taste sea salt and black pepper
- •8 ounces fresh mozzarella
- •24 leaves Thai basil
