Roasted-Peach Streusel
Sweet, juicy peaches topped with a crunchy almond streusel and served with almond-scented whipped cream. This elegant dessert combines the warmth of baked fruit with buttery crumble topping.

- •4 medium peaches
- •⅓ cup slivered almonds
- •⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- •⅓ cup sugar
- •½ cup heavy cream
- •¾ teaspoon pure almond extract
