Ingredients

  • 2 pounds mixed melons (such as cantaloupe, Charentais, or honeydew), cut into 1" wedges
  • 1 whole lemon, halved
  • 2 tablespoons flaky sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons smoked sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon Aleppo pepper
  • 1 tablespoon crushed pink peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon sumac
