Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¾ cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons tequila blanco
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar
  • ¼ whole pineapple
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 whole radishes
  • ½ whole jalapeño
  • 6 ounces halibut fillet
  • 1 whole avocado
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • ¼ cup mint
  • 1 to taste Kosher salt
