- •1⅓ cups tiger or plum tomatoes
- •18 ounce medium slicing tomatoes
- •1 whole red pepper
- •1 whole small red onion
- •2 cloves garlic
- •½ teaspoon ground allspice
- •2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- •1½ tablespoons pomegranate molasses
- •¼ cup olive oil

- •1 tablespoon oregano leaves
