Ingredients

  • 1⅓ cups red cherry tomatoes
  • 1⅓ cups yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 1⅓ cups tiger or plum tomatoes
  • 18 ounce medium slicing tomatoes
  • 1 whole red pepper
  • 1 whole small red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ teaspoon ground allspice
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • tablespoons pomegranate molasses
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 whole pomegranate
  • 1 tablespoon oregano leaves

    Mix together all the tomatoes, the red pepper, and the onion in a large bowl and set aside.
