- •3 bags tortilla chips
- •1 batch Beer-Braised Carnitas
- •2 cans black beans
- •1 large white onion
- •3 pounds shredded cheese
- •8 ounces Cotija cheese
- •1 bunch radishes
- •1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- •1 batch Charred Tomatillo Salsa
- •1 batch Dried Chile Salsa
- •1 cup Pickled jalapeños
- •2 cups Pico de gallo
- •2 cups Guacamole
- •2 cups sour cream
- •1 bottle Hot pepper sauce
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat 2 large rimmed baking sheets with nonstick spray. Dividing evenly between baking sheets, layer chips, carnitas, beans, onion, and shredded cheese, mounding in the center. DO AHEAD: Nachos can be assembled up to 1 hour before baking.
