Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 6 stalks celery
  • 3 whole scallions
  • 1 whole red chile
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup chopped roasted peanuts
  • ¼ cup salted peanuts
