Chile-Salt Michelada

A spicy Mexican beer cocktail rimmed with chile-salt, featuring lime juice, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce mixed with cold Negra Modelo beer for a refreshing kick.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • ¾ ounce lime juice
  • 2 dashes hot sauce
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 ounces Mexican beer
  • 1 wedge lime

Cooking Instructions

    Mix salt and cayenne on a small plate. Moisten rim of a pint glass and press into chile salt to lightly coat.

    Combine lime juice, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in glass. Partly fill glass with ice and top with beer. Stir gently to mix. Garnish with lime wedge.
