Grilled Corn with Herb Butter
Sweet corn grilled to perfection and slathered with a homemade herb-infused butter. This summer favorite features fresh herbs like cilantro, chives, and parsley, combined with a touch of heat from cayenne pepper.

- •2 tablespoons fresh herbs
- •1½ teaspoon kosher salt
- •½ teaspoon black pepper
- •¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- •8 ears corn
- •1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Cooking Instructions

Prepare grill for medium-high heat. Mix butter, herbs, salt, pepper, and a pinch of cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Set herb butter aside.
