Ingredients

  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons mustard powder
  • 1 medium cucumber

  • 2 ounces golden raisins
  • 2 teaspoons mustard seeds

    Bring vinegar, brown sugar, salt, mustard powder, and 1/2 cup water to a boil in a medium pot over high heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar and salt dissolve, about 5 minutes.
