French Toast on a Stick
A fun twist on classic French toast where cubes of brioche bread are dipped in a cinnamon-honey custard, fried until golden, and threaded onto skewers with fresh strawberries and bananas. Perfect for breakfast or brunch!

Ingredients
- •1 cup milk
- •2 whole large eggs
- •1 tablespoon honey
- •1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- •4 cups brioche, french or sandwich bread, cut into 2 inch cubes
- •1 tablespoon butter or oil
- •16 whole strawberries, stems removed
- •2 whole bananas, sliced into 1/2 inch coins
- •8 whole wooden skewers
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, honey and cinnamon.

Dip the bread cubes in the milk mixture to coat each side.
