Royal Street Red Beans
A classic New Orleans-style red beans dish made with dried red beans, andouille sausage, and traditional Cajun seasonings, slowly cooked to creamy perfection. Perfect served over rice with a dash of hot sauce.

Ingredients
- •1 lb dried red beans
- •1 whole white onion
- •2 stalks celery
- •4 cloves garlic
- •1 lb andouille sausage
- •1 whole ham hock
- •3 whole bay leaves
- •½ tsp Creole seasoning
- •½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- •6 cups water
- •2 whole green onions
- •to taste hot sauce
Cooking Instructions

Add all ingredients except for green onions and hot sauce to the slow cooker and stir.
