Ingredients

  • 1 whole jicama
  • 1 whole pomegranate
  • ½ whole red onion
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup fresh mint
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
