Macadamia Nut "Ricotta"

A dairy-free alternative to traditional ricotta cheese made with creamy macadamia nuts. This versatile plant-based spread has a rich, smooth texture perfect for both savory and sweet applications.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw macadamia nuts
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup water

    In a food processor or a high powered blender, purée the ingredients together until smooth.
