  • cup Gorgonzola dolce
  • cup sour cream
  • cup mayonnaise
  • cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh chives
  • ½ head romaine lettuce
  • 1 head radicchio
  • 1 head frisée
  • 2 whole Belgian endives
