- •1 whole grapefruit
- •2 whole Champagne mangoes
- •2 whole Anjou pears
- •½ cup shredded fresh coconut
- •3 ounces pitted dates
- •¼ cup slivered almonds
- •¾ teaspoon ground cardamom
- •2 teaspoons coconut water
- •to taste fresh flat-leaf parsley
