Ingredients

  • ½ stalk rhubarb
  • 6 oz strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 bunch watercress
  • ½ cup basil leaves
  • ½ cup cilantro leaves
  • 2 whole scallions
  • to taste Kosher salt
  • to taste red pepper flakes
  • 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • to taste poppy seeds
