Greek-Style Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound beefsteak tomatoes
  • ½ medium red onion
  • 1 head radicchio
  • 1 head romaine
  • 2 small cucumbers
  • cup mixed Greek olives

Cooking Instructions

    Whisk together lemon juice, sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper in a large bowl until sugar and salt have dissolved.
