Toasted Sweet Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • ounces Copes corn
  • 1 cup well-shaken buttermilk
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ stick unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
