Rémoulade Sauce

A classic French sauce made with mayonnaise, mustards, herbs and capers. Perfect as a condiment for seafood, sandwiches or vegetables.

  • •¾ cup mayonnaise
  • •2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • •1½ teaspoons whole-grain mustard
  • •1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
  • •¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • •2 teaspoons capers
  • •1 tablespoon parsley
  • •1 whole scallion
  • •to taste salt and pepper
  • •to taste black pepper
