Rémoulade Sauce

A classic French sauce made with mayonnaise, mustards, herbs and capers. Perfect as a condiment for seafood, sandwiches or vegetables.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • teaspoons whole-grain mustard
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 2 teaspoons capers
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 whole scallion
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste black pepper
