  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 4 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
