Mixed Greens with Tangerines and Fennel

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons shallot
  • 1 teaspoon tangerine peel
  • 5 ounce mixed baby greens
  • 2 medium fennel bulbs
  • 4 whole tangerines
