- •⅓ cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
- •¼ cup avocado oil or canola oil
- •¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- •1 clove garlic
- •1 pinch Fine sea salt
- •8 cups coarsely chopped romaine lettuce
- •1½ cups peeled jicama
- •2 small carrots
- •1 whole avocado
- •1 cup sliced celery
- •1 cup peeled kohlrabi or broccoli stems
- •¾ cup canned garbanzo beans
- •¾ cup halved pitted Kalamata olives
- •½ cup thinly sliced radishes
- •½ cup roasted sunflower seeds
