  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons canned pear nectar
  • 1 teaspoon Sherry wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon aniseed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint
  • 1 whole pear
  • 4 slices prosciutto
