Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients

  • 12 ounce cranberries
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ½ cup golden raisins
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon hot red-pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ½ teaspoon salt

    Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart heavy saucepan.
