Old-School Garlic Bread
Classic garlic bread made with a buttery mixture of olive oil, fresh garlic, and parsley, spread on a crispy baguette and topped with Parmesan cheese. Perfect as a side dish or appetizer.

- •½ cup unsalted butter
- •¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- •2 cloves garlic
- •½ cup flat-leaf parsley
- •1 whole baguette
- •½ teaspoon Kosher salt
- •¼ cup Parmesan
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°F. Heat butter and oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and parsley and cook, stirring occasionally, until butter is completely melted.

Slice bread in half lengthwise, then place on a baking sheet and brush cut sides with butter mixture.
