- •2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- •1 tablespoon sugar
- •1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- •1 small green cabbage
- •1 small red cabbage
- •2 medium carrots
- •1 small yam
- •1 large Fuji apple
- •1 large Golden Delicious apple
- •1 medium green pepper
- •3 whole green onions
- •1 pinch Paprika
Cooking Instructions

Whisk mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and maple syrup in small bowl. Place green cabbage and next 7 ingredients in very large bowl. Pour dressing over; toss. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and chill 1 hour.
