  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 to taste kosher salt and pepper
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 1 whole jalapeño
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons capers
