Grilled Pineapple

Sweet and caramelized grilled pineapple wedges served with premium vanilla ice cream and rum dulce de leche sauce. A perfect tropical dessert that combines warm, charred fruit with cold, creamy accompaniments.

  • •1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • •½ cup rum dulce de leche

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare grill. Cut pineapple lengthwise through leaves, keeping leaves attached, into 8 wedges. Grill pineapple wedges, a cut side down, on a lightly oiled rack set 5 to 6 inches over glowing coals until just charred, about 2 minutes on each cut side.
