Turkey Cutlets with Cilantro-Almond Sauce

- •¼ teaspoon dried hot red-pepper flakes

- •¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- •½ cup sliced almonds
- •⅓ cup fresh cilantro
- •½ teaspoon ground coriander
- •¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- •4 piece turkey breast cutlets
