Ingredients

  • quarts assorted fruits
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
