Grilled Sesame Squid

Tender squid quickly grilled to perfection and seasoned with aromatic sesame oil, salt and pepper for a simple yet delicious seafood dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • pounds cleaned squid
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon Freshly ground pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare grill for high heat; oil grate with vegetable oil. Toss squid with sesame oil in a large bowl; season with salt and pepper.

    Grill squid, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and cooked through, about 3 minutes. Cut bodies crosswise into thin rings for serving, if desired.
