Curry-Spiced Bloody Marys

A bold twist on the classic Bloody Mary cocktail featuring curry powder, fresh citrus juices, and balsamic vinegar. This spiced tomato-based cocktail is perfect for brunch or entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 10 cups tomato juice
  • 1⅔ cups vodka
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2⅔ tablespoons Madras curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons fine sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 cups crushed ice
  • 8 sticks celery sticks

Cooking Instructions

    Combine first 6 ingredients in large pitcher. Whisk in 2 teaspoons sea salt and pepper. Season with more salt, if desired. Cover; chill. DO AHEAD: Can be made 8 hours ahead. Keep chilled. Whisk before serving.
