- •¾ ounce 12-year-old Irish whiskey, such as Redbreast
- •¾ ounce 12-year-old single-malt Scotch whisky, such as Bowmore
- •¾ ounce Green Chartreuse
- •¾ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- •¾ ounce fresh pineapple juice
- •½ ounce orgeat syrup*
- •5 dashes habanero bitters, such as Bittermens

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Irish whiskey, Scotch whisky, Green Chartreuse, lemon juice, pineapple juice, orgeat syrup, and bitters. Add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled, about 30 seconds. Fine-strain into a chilled glass, finish with freshly grated nutmeg, and serve.
