Ingredients

  • cup ají dulce chiles
  • teaspoons habanero chile
  • 6 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
  • 2 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 whole firm-ripe avocados
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 cup white onion
  • ¾ cup cilantro
