Crispy Apple-Oat Fritters
Delicious gluten-free apple rings coated in a crispy oat-based batter and dusted with cinnamon sugar. These golden-brown fritters combine the sweetness of fresh apples with warm cinnamon spice for a perfect dessert or snack.

- •4 cups vegetable oil
- •1 cup gluten-free old-fashioned oats
- •½ cup rice flour

- •1 large egg
- •½ cup club soda
- •2 large crisp apples
- •1 piece deep-fry thermometer
