Caesar Salad with Sourdough Croutons

A classic Caesar salad featuring crisp romaine lettuce, homemade dressing with anchovies and garlic, topped with sourdough croutons and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets anchovy fillets
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 hearts romaine lettuce
  • cups sourdough croutons
  • 2 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley

Cooking Instructions

    Whisk first 6 ingredients in small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil, then 1/2 cup cheese.
