Bloody Carioca

A Brazilian twist on the classic Bloody Mary, featuring cachaca, tomato juice, and tropical passion fruit juice, spiced with a blend of seasonings and garnished with cucumber and olives.

Ingredients

  • •8 pieces ice cubes
  • •¼ cup cachaca
  • •½ cup tomato juice
  • •1 tablespoon passion fruit juice
  • •1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • •½ teaspoon lime juice
  • •⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • •⅛ teaspoon celery salt
  • •⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
  • •⅛ teaspoon sea salt
  • •¼ teaspoon hot sauce
  • •¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • •1 stick cucumber
  • •2 pieces green olives

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1.

    In cocktail shaker, stir together ice, cachaca, tomato juice, passion fruit juice, lemon juice, lime juice, pepper, celery salt, nutmeg, and salt. Add hot sauce and Worcestershire sauces, then stir for five seconds. Pour into highball glass. Thread olives on toothpick, then add olives and cucumber stick to drink and serve immediately.
