- •½ cup fresh Italian parsley leaves
- •¼ cup toasted salted pumpkin seeds
- •2 tablespoons olive oil
- •1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- •¾ cup Parmesan cheese shavings
Cooking Instructions
