Spiced Up, Oven-Fried Chicken
A crispy, oven-baked chicken dish coated in seasoned cornflake crumbs and smoked paprika. This healthier alternative to traditional fried chicken serves a crowd with deliciously crunchy results.

- •1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- •2½ teaspoons salt
- •1 teaspoon black pepper
- •3 whole eggs
- •½ cup milk
- •3 whole chickens
- •2 tablespoon fresh parsley
