Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 ears corn
  • 1 to taste Kosher salt and pepper
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 pound halloumi cheese
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 2 whole avocado
  • 1 cup tomato salsa
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 2 whole lime
