Ingredients

  • 1 bulb small fennel bulb
  • ½ root small celery root
  • 1 head small head of Treviso or Chioggia radicchio
  • 1 bunch celery leaves
  • ½ cup parsley leaves with tender stems
  • 1 tablespoon marjoram leaves
  • to taste Kosher salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
