Ingredients

  • 4 whole eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ¾ cup pinto beans
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 whole corn tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • ¼ cup cheese or avocado
