- •¼ cup organic red or white miso paste
- •¼ cup rice vinegar
- •1 teaspoon honey or pure maple syrup
- •1 bunch lacinato or curly kale
- •½ cup raw white corn kernels
- •½ whole daikon radish
- •2 whole avocados
- •2 tablespoons gomashio or hemp seeds
- •1 tablespoon furikake or nori seaweed
